The tutors are not allowed to make changes in the student’s lesson time without his/her consent.
Please contact your students and the admin if you are not able to show up to the lessons.
If the cancelation cannot be made 10 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time, the tutor will lose a lesson credit and the student will gain a free lesson credit for a lesson.
