When the video call is not stable, please come closer to the router and ask the student to go closer to his/her router.
Linking the computer to the router directly through a Lan cable is more stable than wi-fi.
Please check your internet speed as well as the student’s internet speed test at http://www.speedtest.net/ and leave a screenshot
It is useful to find out whose internet is not working properly.
